Free Paper & E‑Poster

We invite gastroenterologists, academicians, researchers and postgraduate students to submit their original scientific work in either of the two categories below. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting.

Present your research live before the Scientific Committee and judges.

Showcase your research as a digital poster displayed on electronic screens.

Requirements

  1. Each registered delegate is eligible to submit abstracts.
  2. One presenter can submit only one Free Paper and one E‑Poster.
  3. Abstracts must be submitted online in the prescribed format.
  4. Presentation slots will be finalized based on quality of submissions.
  5. Submission Deadline: 30th September 2026.
  6. Presentation Time:
      • Free Paper (Oral): 8 minutes + 2 minutes for Q&A
      • E‑Poster: 3 minutes + 2 minutes for Q&A
  7. Postgraduates must upload a certificate from their HOD.
  8. Improper formats will be rejected.
  9. Papers may be moved to the poster category at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
  10. Abstract word limit: Less than 250 words.

  • The abstract submission portal has a session limit of 5 minutes.
  • Submission of an abstract does not guarantee acceptance for presentation.
